Agios Sostis | Zakynthos

Koklas studios is located in the resort of Agios Sostis, over the sea side and in distance of 750m from the center of the area. The distance to Zakynthos town is 12km and to the airport 10km. For your transportation you can use the local bus as there is a bus station just 400 m. away from the hotel, as well as a taxi rank within 600 m. If you wish to discover Zakynthos and visit other locations of the island you will need some kind of vehicle.

If you choose the resort of Agios Sostis for your holidays and stay in “Koklas” studios, you will be able to enjoy your daily swimming in the sandy beach close by, just 100m away, where you will be able to enjoy shallow and warm sea of Agios Sostis. There are also sun beds and umbrellas, but no water sports are allowed, as Agios Sostis is located in the bay of Laganas the coast that apart from us all, the sea turtles Caretta-Caretta choose to lay their eggs.

You have the opportunity to rent a boat and visit Marathonisi island with its magic beach and if you are lucky enough, you might meet some of the turtles.

Along the beach you will find many cafe and bars that stay open from the morning until late at night, where you can also have a quick snack as they offer different kind of hot and cold plates. In the center of the area, about 1 kilometer distance from the rooms, you will meet many taverns and restaurants serve Greek, international as well as Zakynthian local kitchen with its particular tastes and smells.

You will also meet bars where the local people like to hang out, all the way over the beach and the ones located to the main street of the area. If you are looking for something more intense but enjoying the privacy that Agios Sostis offers during the evenings, in not more than 2 kilometers there is the resort of Laganas where you will find more options for your amusement. You can also visit the standard ecological mill, that is located in Lithakia village and see on its surroundings some of the tools used by the traditional mills of the past.

How to get to Koklas Studios:

• KTEL( public buses) : Agios Sostis is 10 km from the zakynthian airport and 12km from Zakynthos town. You can use the public buses that run from and to Zakytnhos town.
• TAXI: the best and most convenient way for your transfer to Koklas Studios from the airport or the port of Zakynthos. Just send me an email and i will send a taxi to come and collect you.
• Car: If you have your own car, just use google maps to find easily Koklas Studios.
